Your role will be based at Kinglea Court, Chingford due to open February 2026!

The Role
As a Care Assistant at Kinglea Court you will be required to provide the best possible care and support (physically and emotionally) to our residents on a day or nightly basis. Your responsibilities will include personal care, getting ready for the day/night ahead, assisting with meals (food and nutrition) and providing day-to-day social interaction, which is just as important as each individual's physical wellbeing.
Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where our residents' needs will be your top priority. You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a hands-on management team who are in the home each day. You will ensure all resident activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted promptly.
You will quickly become part of the care home family, and let's be honest, our team members are what make our home a great place to live and work!
Hours Of Work
- Full Time Days: 08:00-20:00, totalling to an average of 42 hours per week.
- Full Time Nights: 20:00-08:00, totalling to an average of 42 hours per week.
- Part Time Earlies: 07:00-14:30, totalling to an average of 26.25 hours per week.
- Part Time Evenings: 14:30-22:00, totalling to an average of 26.25 hours per week.
- Bank contracts available.
Salary: £13.25 (Days/ £13.75 (Nights) per hour
