Care Birmingham is seeking experienced and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our long-established team. With over 20 years of trusted service, we work closely with local councils and community partners to deliver high-quality, one-to-one care to individuals in their own homes.

What We’re Looking For in a Community Care Assistant
- Previous experience in domiciliary or community care (essential)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
- Good knowledge of Kingstanding, Erdington, or Sutton Coldfield
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- A kind, reliable, and professional approach to person-centred care
