Job Overview

Are you someone who has an interest in working with individuals with complex health needs who wants an exciting new challenge?
Vibrantly experienced Health Care Support Workers are required to care for an individual living in the Torfaen Area.
HCSWs should have knowledge and experience of working with patients with complex health needs. We welcome HCSWs to apply who would be willing to learn and undertake a comprehensive induction. This role will include a rotation of shifts to meet the needs of the service and ensure skill competency is developed and maintained.
Successful candidates will be expected to enable the individual to live a full and productive life by supporting with both physical and psychosocial needs; this includes using the young gentleman’s vehicle in the community to assist her in attending appointments and social activities, so a full UK Licence is essential. This unique opportunity allows HCSWs to develop a relationship with the young gentleman to understand their individual health and psychological needs and provide high-quality nursing care.

Experience
