Multi-Site CQC Registered Practice Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bath for a Multi-Site CQC Registered Practice Manager. The role involves overall leadership and day-to-day management of multiple dental practices, ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements across all sites.
The Practice Manager will oversee staffing, rota management, recruitment support, performance reviews, and staff training to maintain high clinical and service standards. Responsibilities include managing patient experience, handling escalated feedback or complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service at reception and in clinical areas.
The role also involves monitoring practice performance, managing budgets, supporting marketing and patient growth initiatives, and implementing service improvement projects. The Practice Manager will work closely with clinicians, support teams, and senior management to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centred operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with patients, clinical teams, and senior leadership, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with experience managing patient feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
- Ability to conduct and apply Research to inform service improvements, compliance activities, and best practice standards.
- Project Management skills to coordinate multi-site initiatives, implement operational improvements, and manage timelines and resources.
- Experience in Training, including onboarding, coaching, and developing practice teams to maintain consistent service and compliance standards.
- Previous experience in dental, healthcare, or a regulated environment, ideally in a multi-site management or CQC Registered Manager role.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance, and health and safety requirements within healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with practice management systems, basic financial management, and reporting tools.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant management or healthcare qualification (e.g., practice management, business administration, or similar) is desirable.
