We are looking for experienced Support workers to support our client, a 25-year-old male who has cerebral palsy, severe epilepsy and learning disabilities living in a village between King’s Lynn and Wisbech.

He requires 24-hour support and 2-1 care day and night.

Our client is a very sociable young man who loves people and having fun despite his health challenges and limited communication. He loves music and to be out and about with his team in the community, holidays and attending festivals.

We are looking for fun, organised, and reliable support workers who have a positive mindset and a great sense of humour to support him with his needs.

A full driving licence is essential.

We will consider applicants who are new to care and we offer full induction and training.

You will need to be flexible for the needs of the client .He attends a day centre 4 days a week so shifts are varied. Nights, sleep ins, 4-8.30pm, full days 8-8 Saturdays and Sundays.

Working hours:

30 hours per week

Rates of pay:

Weekday Daytime (Monday – Friday) - £15.00 per hour. Bank holiday £30.00

Weekend Daytime (Saturday – Sunday) - £16.00 per hour Bank holiday £32.00

Weekday Night (Monday – Friday) - £16.00 per hour

Weekend Night (Saturday – Sunday) - £17.00 per hour

Sleep in £96.00

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
