Who We Are

Headquartered on Stamford Hill in London with a growing network of residential homes and specialised educational facilities—such as Ladybird Manor, The Yews, Temple Croft, and Bearnett House—our organisation brings together experienced residential support workers, specialised teachers, and clinical care professionals. Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted where applicable, we work in close partnership with local authorities, social workers, and health specialists to support children and teenagers with complex needs.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of specialist children's residential care, education, and therapeutic support solutions:

• Specialised Children's Homes: Operating warm, family-style residential settings that provide safety, structured routines, and 24-hour care for children and young people aged 7 to 18.
• Learning Disabilities & Autism Support: Delivering tailored residential and educational programmes designed for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities and communication needs.
• Trauma-Informed Mental Health Care: Providing expert clinical intervention, attachment-based mentoring, and psychological support to help young people recover from past trauma, abuse, or disrupted backgrounds.
• Specialised On-Site Education: Offering bespoke learning environments—including dedicated school facilities like The Ladybird Manor School—incorporating one-to-one tuition, experiential learning, and recognised qualifications such as ASDAN and NCFE awards.
• Family Reunification & Independent Living: Facilitating structured pathways aiming for safe family reunification or building essential life skills required for a smooth transition into independent adult life.
