Who We Are

Operating through regional residential settings, our organisation brings together experienced registered residential managers, senior support workers, and dedicated care professionals. Fully regulated by Ofsted and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we collaborate closely with local authorities, social work teams, and safeguarding boards to deliver structured, high-quality residential care packages tailored to each young person.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of residential care and support solutions:

• Specialist Children's Residential Care: Providing safe, nurturing, and structured home environments for children and young people aged 6 to 16 with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
• Therapeutic Support & Mentoring: Offering consistent emotional guidance, independence-building activities, and daily mentoring under experienced staff oversight.
• Education & Community Integration: Supporting young people to engage with local schools, vocational training, and social activities to foster long-term development.
• Safeguarding & Welfare Management: Ensuring robust protection, risk management, and 24-hour supervision delivered by vetted care practitioners.
