Ranging from personalized home care for children and adults to assisted living and community services, we carefully create custom care packages that are specifically designed to meet our customers’ requirements.

We recognise that, to deliver a good care service, we need to recruit the right individuals. We base the recruitment of all our staff on commitment, compassion and shared values. Our customers can expect our staff to be committed to providing the best possible care, be passionate about caring for others and demonstrate high levels of professionalism.
The staff allocated to support our customers are chosen in order to match their skills with customers’ needs, and to minimise travelling distances in order to support good time attendance.
In addition to the direct support, we have a management team that work 24/7, to provide offshore support to the staff team. A manager is available always to answer customers queries and offer support. In certain circumstances a manager may be included in the staffing levels described. Staffing levels may be changed at the discretion of the Registered Manager if there are changes in needs.
Care staff work on a rota system which ensures that the service is staffed to the right level, taking account of people’s skills, weekends and public holidays availability. New employees are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment.
We aim to train all our employees to achieve RQF diploma certificate within the first 2 years of employment.
