We’re partnering with a leading children’s services provider and expanding their dynamic team! We're now looking for an Experience OFSTED Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home supporting young people.

What Experience OFSTED Registered Manager do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the home
- Lead, support, and develop staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
- Liaise with Ofsted, local authorities, and senior leadership
- Promote safeguarding and child development in a nurturing environment
Experience OFSTED Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a residential childcare setting
- 2 year+ at supervisory level
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
