Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for a night shift opportunity in a warm and welcoming care home setting? Our fantastic client in Alton, Hampshire is looking to expand their team with a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to work night shifts on a permanent basis.

- Providing high-quality care and support to residents during the night
- Supporting with personal care, mobility, and comfort
- Assisting with night-time routines and ensuring residents feel safe and secure
- Maintaining accurate care records and promoting dignity and independence
- Communicating effectively with the wider care team
