Registered Manager - Adults - Complex Care, Learning Disabilities & Physical Disabilities

The home supports adults who are living with complex physical disabilities and learning disabilities

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a regulated care service, ensuring compliance, safety, and outstanding support for individuals with complex needs. You'll manage and mentor a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a regulated care service
Ensure safe, person-centered care that meets CQC standards
Supervise and develop Deputy Managers and frontline staff
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
Monitor quality through audits, training, and digital systems
Build external partnerships to support referrals and placements
Promote staff development and maintain sector knowledge
