We are looking for a passionate and committed Registered Manager to lead our well-established service in Hampstead & Camden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in their local community while helping us grow and develop the business together.
About the role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our service meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, while supporting and inspiring our fantastic team. You’ll work closely with the directors and senior team to shape the future of the business, with plenty of scope to put your own stamp on things.
What we’re looking for
• A motivated leader with a genuine passion for supporting people to thrive at home
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and requirements
• Experience in managing teams and delivering outstanding care (or readiness to step up into your first RM role with full support)
