Key Responsibilities
✅ Handling all incoming telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
✅ Managing the full recruitment and vetting process for Care & Support Workers.
✅ Processing new client referrals with accuracy and care.
✅ Preparing essential documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
✅ Maintaining up-to-date office and digital records for clients and Care & Support Workers.
✅ Ensuring compliance with all office systems, procedures, and regulatory standards.
✅ Managing the on-call (out-of-hours) service when required.
