The Dementia Carer is responsible for supporting the Dementia Lead on their shift alongside imparting your knowledge learned through the Stirling training packs to support the team around the best care for dementia within our homes.
This is a supportive and educational role as well as a carer role to make certain we are following best practice guidelines for dementia care at all times. You will ensure all care staff follow the residents care plans and daily activities within the stipulations of the company’s policies, procedures and regulations.

Shift times:
- Full time permanent 36 hour week
- 8pm - 8am (nights)
- 12-hour shift available over 3 days per week
- Full time position, part time hours would be considered.
Requirements:
- You will have a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people.
- NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable or a willingness to undertake the new qualification.
