Our Story
Pure Life was born from a simple truth: ticking boxes isn’t enough.
Our founder, Matt Wiley, saw this first-hand when his grandfather received “good” care that met physical needs, but left him feeling unseen, unheard, and unfulfilled.
Matt realised something vital: people don’t just need care; they need connection. They need to laugh, to share stories, to feel like themselves again. So Pure Life was built with a new vision, to put carers at the centre, giving them the time, respect, and support to bring both skill and soul into every visit.
What Our Carers Say
“It doesn’t feel like work. I can’t believe I get paid to do this.” – Lynne, Pure Life Carer
