Duties:

- Taking client on daily outings in car
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Previous experience in home care or similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Proficient in English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
