THE ROLE:

We provide a range of services to people in their own homes, and are looking to recruit reliable, empathetic, and caring individuals, of any level of experience (all training will be provided), to join our friendly and professional team.
We are keen to meet with people who have an interest in the caring profession and are seeking to gain valuable skills for the future, or if you are seeking a different path and are looking to retrain and apply your life experiences to a new role. We have opportunities for people wishing to work around family commitments, or who are returning to work after being full-time homemakers.
We offer very competitive rates of pay and flexible working hours, and provide all training fully paid. If you are successful, you will be supported to complete a programme of training that will enable you to meet the needs of our clients and will be offered the opportunity to gain an NVQ qualification up to level 4.
Any successful candidates will need to have reliable access to a fully insured and roadworthy vehicle and must hold a full driver’s licence.

Care assistant requirements:
- Show good Communication skills.
- Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults.
- No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
- Be reliable and flexible.
