This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing service, currently under development, expanding to become a 55-bed home. With a Good CQC rating and a stable care team, the home is well-positioned for continued success.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of residential home as CQC Registered Manager
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Knowledge and experience of working with compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Responsible for recruitment, supervision and professional development of the team
- Working with external stakeholders to maintain reputation and networks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within elderly residential or dementia care
- Consideration given to strong managers from domiciliary care backgrounds
- A solid, stable career history with a minimum of 2 years in a management position
- Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
- A positive track record with CQC
- Passion for high-quality, resident-centred care
