About Our Client: Nestled in Mitcham, our client's Domiciliary Care Branch is for those who wish to stay at home and be cared for. It is not your ordinary care facility. With a stellar "Good" rating from CQC, they are ready to welcome a dynamic Registered Manager to lead their team, magnificent care professional and internal office teams
The Role:

- Leadership & Culture:
- Provide leadership and direction with a sprinkle of kindness, a dash of compassion, and a heap of empathy.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of top-notch care professionals who are all about person-centred care.
- Regulatory Standards:
- Ensure the home is a gold star in regulatory standards set by CQC. We’re all about maintaining excellent care and support!
- Budget Boss:
- Manage the home’s budget like a pro, ensuring financial targets are hit and costs are well managed.
- Marketing Maven:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to keep those beds filled and services top-of-mind for potential residents and families.
- Relationship Rockstar:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Responding effectively is your superpower!
- Administrative Ace:
- Keep all records in shipshape order and ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement Guru:
- Monitor and evaluate the business performance, always on the lookout for areas to polish and improve.
- Risk Management Whiz:
- Ensure a safe and secure haven for those being cared for and staff by managing and mitigating risks like a pro.
Who You Are:
- A Manager with Level 5 certification or willing to complete it on the company’s dime. (Being a previous Registered Manager is a bonus)
- A Deputy Manager looking to rise to the occasion? We’d love to hear from you!
