Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Registered Manager in Southend on Sea, Essex. The Clinical Registered Manager will oversee clinical operations, manage home care services, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care while complying with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading a team, implementing quality improvement initiatives, providing training and support for staff, and liaising with medical professionals to ensure outstanding care for service users.
Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement
- Proficiency in managing and delivering Home Care services
- Knowledge of medicine and medical practices, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Skills in Training and development of healthcare professionals
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain regulatory compliance
- Relevant clinical qualification or nursing registration (such as RGN or RMN)
- Experience in the disability care sector is an advantage
