Forevermore Care is a values-driven Supported Living provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. As part of our continued development and our partnership with Blue Ribbon Community, we are looking to welcome an experienced Registered Manager to our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting our clients and overseeing the care-related aspects of Forevermore Care.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing our services, ensuring each client is receiving the correct person-centred care.
- Managing staff performances and development.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Looking for opportunities for growth so we can expand our services.
- Building strong relationships with family and friends, local authorities and external professionals.
- Ensuring all services meet the requirements of CQC regulations.
- Promote a positive working environment, offering full support to the staffing teams so they feel confident in their roles.
- Check all risk assessments, care plans and documentation are up to date and compliant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar role within the care sector, preferably supported living.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations, Safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and Health & Safety.
- Knowledge of complex needs and the impact it has on people, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health.
- Excellent communication, valuing transparency and honesty.
- Leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Open-minded, willingness to adapt and be a part of change as we hope to expand in the near future.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle as you will be travelling to our services across Cheshire East.
