Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oadby, Leicester, for a Domiciliary Registered Manager. The role involves managing the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) policies and standards.
The manager will oversee care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, support and supervise staff, manage budgets, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and clients. The role also includes ensuring that all care services are tailored to individual needs while maintaining the dignity and independence of clients.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills with an ability to oversee staff and operations effectively
- Extensive knowledge of domiciliary care services, care planning, CQC regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience in building positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office
- A proven track record of managing a care service to a high standard
- Understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centered care principles
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential
