We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and support with daily living activities
- Build trusting relationships with residents by listening, understanding their preferences, and respecting their choices
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Respond sensitively and promptly to changing needs and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
- Uphold safeguarding standards and health & safety protocols
