About
We are looking for a support worker who will provide 1:1 & 2:1 care and support to a gentleman in the Whitehaven area who has complex needs, whilst following an individual care plan.
You'll assist with the clients' personal care, administering medication, meal preparation and moving & Handling. You'll promote independence and enable the service user to access the community, supporting overall development.
With this role comes excellent training and therefore you do not need to have care experience. All you need is a caring personality and a willingness to learn. This is a great working environment and we have small teams to enable close working relationships to form.
This position will entail morning, backshifts and night shift in a 24 hour package working alternative weekends (two weekends a month. We are also open to discussion around shifts so please do not hesitate to give us a call!
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph and 40p per mile.
