Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care service based in Perivale (UB6). You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring a positive and professional culture.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
- Manage and monitor the quality of care and support provided to service users.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development.
- Prepare and implement individualised care plans and risk assessments.
- Carry out regular audits and quality assurance activities.
- Liaise with families, health professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.
- Effectively manage service budgets and resources.
Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a regulated care setting.
- In-depth understanding of CQC compliance and best practice in care delivery.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage staff performance and foster team development.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a CQC-registered manager.
- Knowledge or experience in [insert client group if applicable – e.g. older adults, learning disabilities, complex care].
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
