Job Title: Support Worker (Flexible Agency Shifts)
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts in Cullompton, Devon.

About the role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to individuals each day.
- Encourage and assist people to try new activities that help build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care.
- Drive company vehicles and act as an escort when required to ensure safe travel for those you support.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
- Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 months’ paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable people.
