Ready to lead with purpose and create lasting change?
This is an opportunity to lead a small, high-quality children’s residential home where your leadership genuinely transforms young lives.
If you are an experienced Registered Manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers the chance to lead a 2-bed EBD children’s home set in a beautiful location in Slough.
About the Home & Organisation
You will be joining a values-driven, family-style residential childcare provider, known for high standards, strong culture and truly child-centred practice.
The home supports young people aged 11–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) who may have experienced trauma, attachment disruption or instability.

- A fully staffed, stable home with a capable Deputy Manager
- A skilled staff team where all care staff are Level 3 qualified
- Robust systems already in place, including compliance dashboards and quality assurance frameworks

- An experienced Responsible Individual with previous Registered Manager experience
- A Director with over 10 years’ Social Work experience, providing safeguarding and practice leadership
- Clear governance, quality assurance and operational systems
This structure allows you to focus on leadership, quality, culture and outcomes, rather than constant firefighting.
