Role
- The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent care and support to people within their own homes whilst promoting their independence and respecting their preferences and choices.
- You will be required to help individuals with specific needs in accordance with their person-centred care plans.
- We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to work full-time or part-time hours to include every other weekend, with a minimum of 2 evenings a week.
- The ideal candidate would have an NVQ level in health care / desirable but not essential.
- A variety of shifts are available, which can be discussed further at the interview.
