Radfield Home Care Loughborough, Charnwood & Melton Mowbray is a domiciliary care provider for the elderly and vulnerable. We aim to support and facilitate our clients to live independently in their own home through various levels of care from companionship to personal care.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Drive to clients' homes, providing care and support as needed.
- Help develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and their families, fostering positive relationships.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic IT proficiency
- Ability to follow care plans and provide home care
- Valid driving license for transportation needs
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a care home environment
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£24.00 per hour
