We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, ensuring outstanding care, regulatory compliance, and the wellbeing of young people.well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a skilled team in line with regulations.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes.
- Promote trauma-informed, relationship-based care.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Strong safeguarding, leadership, and organisational skills
