Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

- Salary: £15.69–£16.25 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual)

Your Role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our male client who requires support with:
- Mobility assistance
- Seizure management including administration of emergency medication
- Medication management
- Personal care
- Positive behaviour support
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of care experience
- Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
