Bonus: £62,000 base + bonuses (£76K+ total package potential)
7-bed HSB children’s home in Blackpool – settled service with 5 young people currently aged 12–17, ready for strong, values-led leadership.
This is a key leadership role within a well-established home, offering the chance to guide a team through improvement with structure and backing. The home has recently moved from “Good” to “Requires Improvement” – now with a clear plan, committed senior leadership, and stable placements in place.
About the Role:
• Lead the day-to-day management of a 7-bed HSB home
• Provide calm, focused leadership with trauma-informed oversight
• Embed reflective practice and support staff development
• Drive quality improvement with full backing from the wider organisation
• Hold registration with Ofsted, with support through the process if not already held

About You:
Experience & Qualifications:
• Level 5 in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards)• 2+ years in a Registered Manager role or equivalent experience in the last 5 years
• Background in HSB or complex care preferred
