We’re searching for someone organised, proactive and confident coordinating a busy office environment, supporting service delivery and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
What’s on offer:
- £34,000 salary.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the daily running of the office, supporting operational efficiency across the service.
- To work closely with the Managing Director, Compliance Manager, Deputy Manager and Field Care Supervisor.
- To oversee rota coordination and administrative processes, ensuring continuity of care.
- To handle enquiries, complaints and general communication professionally and promptly.
- To maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the electronic care planning system.
- To support recruitment, onboarding and general staff administration.
Office Manager Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role within a domiciliary care setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel.
