We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join a growing domiciliary care service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting business growth and development.
This role offers flexibility in working hours and days, and we are open to both permanent and contract arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting initial care assessments and reassessments for new and existing clients
- Developing personalised care plans in line with regulatory standards
- Bringing in new clients and supporting business development activities
- Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
- Supporting care staff and maintaining high standards of care delivery
- Monitoring service quality and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in domiciliary care management or senior care role
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience carrying out care assessments and care planning
- Confident in business development and growing client base
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Essential:
