Clinical Service Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Pembroke Dock, South Wales
Hours: 37.5 Hours | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £55,000 per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits
PSR Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our values-driven client in Pembroke Dock, South West Wales.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a nursing service, supporting adults with mental health needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Qualified professional to inspire and motivate their team - delivering outstanding person-centred care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and financial targets.
You will be supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager in the Nursing Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, authentic leadership as a role model to staff, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Oversee the daily running of the service, maintaining responsibility for resident care and service performance.
- Manage resources effectively, including budgets and occupancy levels.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements (CIW, NMC, Health & Safety).
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff to maintain high care standards.
- Promote independence and choice for service users, embedding meaningful activities within care plans.
Experience
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience managing a similar-sized service and client group
- Compassionate and caring approach
