The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and drive excellence across all aspects of the service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
- Drive high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Lead, develop and inspire the staff team through effective supervision and training
- Maintain strong governance, quality assurance and risk management systems
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and the wider community
- Oversee occupancy, budget management and sustainable service performance
About You
Essential:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a regulated care setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality dementia and residential care
Desirable:
- Experience managing a residential service for older adults
- Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes
