Registered Manager
We are recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of a well-established and reputable domiciliary care franchise, overseeing two domiciliary services in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take ownership of two growing domiciliary services, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth within a supportive franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visible leadership as the Registered Manager across two domiciliary care services
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Lead, develop, and support care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and staff development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance
- Monitor service performance, capacity, growth, and profitability
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external professionals
- Manage complaints and incidents effectively, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Drive local business development to increase hours and private client growth
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager, ready to step up
- Proven background in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Thorough knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and service growth
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
