Job Title: Home Manager
Salary: £45,000+ per annum + Occupancy Bonus (with flexibility for the right candidate)
Hours: Full-time | Flexible Day Shifts (7:00–15:00 or 8:00–16:00) + On-Call Duties
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead a specialist Mental Health Nursing Home providing high-quality care to younger adults through to elderly residents.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established 30-bed service that is set to expand to 40 beds within the next 12 months.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service development, maintaining high standards of care, and leading a committed multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visible leadership across the service
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and person-centred care
- Manage budgets and occupancy levels effectively
- Lead, develop, and motivate the staff team
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call rota
About You
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Health & Social Care) – Essential
- Previous Home Manager experience preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or strong clinical leaders ready to step up
- Strong understanding of mental health care provision
- Experience working with younger adults through to elderly service users
- Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and service growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
