Social Care Worker - Castlederg, Co.Tyrone.
Trinity Support & Care Services are looking for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our team for the position above. This individual must demonstrate a passion and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
We are seeking an individual for this professional role, for our Day Services, Outreach Services and Domiciliary Care Service in Castlederg, Co Tyrone.
Essential Criteria
- A relevant third-level qualification in social care or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a similar role,i.e. Day Services/Domiciliary /Residential care/learning disability/autism
- Have experience of supporting individuals whose behaviour or communication can be deemed as challenging
- Experience with computers and Microsoft packages, i.e. word, Excel, SharePoint
- A full, valid driving license
- Fully Flexible to work, days, nights and weekend work
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of Key Working and experience in similar roles
- Experience in supporting people with learning Disabilities/Autism or Associated Mental Health issues.
- Experience in supporting adults with complex needs (behaviours which may be deemed as challenging) in community settings
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Minimum Standards (RQIA)
Salary and Remuneration:
Competitive salary from STG £31,050 per year (full-time/permanent role).
