Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ely for a Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include managing staff, leading training sessions, developing policies, maintaining records, and liaising with families, clients, and external agencies.
The Registered Manager will also supervise client care plans and ensure the overall well-being of the individuals supported by BARRELS UK CARE LTD.
Qualifications
- Management, leadership, and decision-making skills to effectively oversee care teams and operations.
- Experience in compliance, regulatory standards, and policy development to ensure high service quality and adherence to legal requirements.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, stakeholders, and staff members.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and issue resolutions efficiently.
- Relevant healthcare or social care qualifications; a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a care management role and familiarity with CQC (Care Quality Commission) requirements.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and developing individualized care plans.
