We’re ideally looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready to step up)
- Has been involved in Ofsted registration and/or inspections
- Has strong leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory knowledge
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people
