Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
We have exciting opportunities for skilled leaders to join and manage both existing and new children’s homes. Dual home management positions are also available for the ambitious and experienced.
We’re looking for professionals who have previously managed children’s homes and ideally achieved ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse residential care team to deliver excellence in childcare provision.
- Promote and facilitate the healthy development of children and young people in residential care.
- Safeguard young people from threats to their health, welfare, and development.
- Provide additional support to young people facing particular crises and stresses.
- Encourage young people to take responsibility for their own lives, involving them in planning and decision-making.
- Ensure well-planned transitions for children, including admissions and discharges.
- Implement consistent practice in line with policies, procedures, and the Statement of Purpose.
- Ensure compliance with the Children’s Act 1989 & 2004, Children’s Home Regulations, and Ofsted requirements.
- Deploy staff effectively, chair relevant meetings, and perform On-Call duties.
- Lead and manage the Ofsted inspection process to achieve the highest possible standards.
- Maintain weekly and monthly checks to support audits and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification (Level 5 preferred).
- Previous experience managing children’s homes with demonstrable success.
- Full manual driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check.
