People House Recruitment is supporting a children’s residential provider in Leicester to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a 2-bed EBD children’s home.
The home currently supports two settled young people, offering an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to focus on staff development, stability and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the children’s home
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements
- Lead and develop the staff team
- Maintain safeguarding standards and high-quality care delivery
- Support young people with EBD needs
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (completed or working towards )
- Experience in a children’s residential management role
- Strong knowledge of the Ofsted framework and regulations
