THE ROLE
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team.
You will support Customers with essential personal care and daily living tasks in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and a high quality of life.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting personal care needs (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with mobility and physical disabilities, including the use of aids
- Helping Customers with domestic tasks such as cleaning, bed-making, and laundry
- Providing companionship and supporting mental wellbeing through conversation and activities
- Supporting Customers who are nearing the end of life with kindness and dignity
- Completing accurate records and communicating changes in Customer needs
- Following care plans and company policies at all times
Please note: This role does not involve nursing duties.

REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role you must:
- Have a caring nature and positive attitude
- Be reliable and punctual
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Be willing to complete paid training and ongoing development
- Communicate clearly and record information accurately
- Be committed to delivering high-quality care with dignity and respect
