Role Description
The Supported Living Registered Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nuthall. This role includes managing the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring excellent care delivery, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities involve leading and supervising staff, implementing care plans, managing budgets, and promoting a person-centered approach to care. The manager will also liaise with external stakeholders, maintain organizational standards, and encourage continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in drafting and reviewing policies, taking part in cqc reviews. Reviewing standards and implementing changes informed by audit cycles.
- Experience in managing supported living services and knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Understanding of person-centered care and the ability to develop and tailor individual care plans for service users.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and managing health and safety standards
- A relevant qualification in health and social care management and prior experience in a similar managerial role
