About Role
- As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents experience a restful, safe, and dignified night.
- You will support with personal care needs, provide comfort and reassurance to those who may feel anxious or unsettled, and carry out regular checks to ensure wellbeing and safety at all times.
- Your presence will bring calmness, your attentiveness will bring confidence, and your compassion will bring genuine comfort.
- You will also be trusted to observe, record, and communicate any changes in residents’ conditions, working closely with senior staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- The environment you help create will be one of quiet professionalism, warmth, and respect.

Whether you have previous experience in care or are completely new to the sector, what matters most is your attitude and your willingness to make a difference.
