The Role
We’re seeking a Home Manager/Service Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and stability within one of our children’s residential homes in Lincolnshire.
You will lead your team in supporting the children in an 8 bedded home set in a beautiful rural location, with access to an on-site farm, integrated school and dedicated therapy team.
In This Dynamic Role, You Will:
- Be accountable for the performance of the home in relation to a range of organisational KPI’s
- Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency and best practice.
- Seek to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.
- Help embed the Kisimul culture and values.
- Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.
This is a key role for a confident, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible difference.
Your Qualities
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable but not essential and willing to work towards as part of continued professional development.
- Proven management experience in children’s residential care desirable, but not essential
- Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
- A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire.
