We have an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role to join our highly regarded, specialist referrals practice, Clinic 334 in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The Essentials
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 8 - 5 or 9 - 6
- Part-time over 4 days may be considered
- Competitive salary £17.50 per hour in line with experience from
- Opportunity to work in a highly respected 3-surgery specialist referrals practice with leading specialists offering a wider range of high-end dentistry to patients
- Free parking on site
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
About You
We’d love to receive your application for our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is a bonus, but not essential
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
