Regional Support Manager – Elderly Nursing Homes
Location: Kent, England.
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + comprehensive benefits.

Are you a qualified nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care? We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run provider of premium nursing homes across Kent, seeking a Regional Support Manager to support and elevate a growing portfolio of homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion outstanding clinical practices across the portfolio, providing expert guidance and fostering innovative approaches to care delivery.
- Ensure every home consistently delivers personalised, top-tier care that meets residents’ individual needs.
- Collaborate with Home Managers of underperforming services to design and implement action plans, achieving quality and compliance goals.
- Guide Home Managers on policies and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
- Support the development and execution of Service Improvement Plans, promoting continuous quality enhancement across all homes.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a current registration.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager in high-performing homes.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, evidenced by positive CQC inspections.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
