Interim Registered Manager – Specialist Mental Health Residential Services
Location: Lancashire
Contract: Interim - initially 3 months
Daily rate: £400 inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RMN) to lead two specialist mental health residential services in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive high-quality care, support staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership across both services.
- Ensure services meet CQC standards and deliver person-centred care.
- Support, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to organisational policies.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing mental health residential services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in mental health care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple services effectively and confidently.
